The Bank through its Information Technology Governance Risk Compliance Unit (ITE/GRC) is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to implement Microsoft 2010 Enterprise Project Management as detailed in Annex A Terms of Reference. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of the Bank's requirements to enable them to respond.

This RFP contains four Annexes: Annex A, which the Terms of Reference; Annex B, which is the Bank's Standard Terms of Conditions of Agreement and Annex C, which is the Bank's SharePoint Architecture Guidelines and Annex D, which is the Architectural Guidance for System Development. Annex C and D serve as an additional information.
