Micromanipulator Workstation
The system to be purchased must have the
following attributes:
Two (2) Micromanipulator Stage Controllers
Resolution of movement at or below 100nm
Allow travel at or above 20mm in each direction
Include joystick operation
Allow at least 2 position memory
Contain two (2) microinjectors which can either be as separate injectors or on
injector with two (2) channels (i.e., one for holding a sample and one for
injecting)
One microinjector must be capable of injectioning 10 nanoliters or less
Mountable on a Nikon Ti Eclipse inverted microscope
Requisite adapters for a Nikon TiE microscope with motorized stage must be
included
All requisite tubing and holders must be included
100 capillary tips w/an inside diameter of 10 micrometers or less must be
included
100 capillary tips w/an inside diameter of 25 micrometers or less must be
included
Installation and training must be included
