The County is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide 1) micrographics, film conversion and indexing services, 2) redaction services for redacting "identifying information" from public official records as required by California law, and 3) off-site storage of archival data, off-site inventory and maintenance of original historical records and other services as needed. Vendors are invited to send proposals for all or part of the proposal. Award may or may not include all of these services.
