Microfilming of Vital Records
The Department is soliciting sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive bidding. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to acquire the services of a qualified contractor, (hereinafter referred to as the Offeror/Contractor) to provide for monthly microfilming of birth, death, marriage, and divorce records.
