Microfilming Service

The City is requesting bids from bonded companies for microfilming services. The Records Management Division of the City Secretary's Office will administer the contract. There are two types of records to be filmed:
1. Annually; prep, film, process, dupe, jacket, etc. of record series at the vendor local
facility.
2. Annually; prep and film police records at the City, process, jacket dupe can
be done at vendor facility.
