Microfilm Equipment
It is the intent of New York State to award a statewide contract for the procurement of new Microfilm
Equipment, Maintenance/Repairs, Supplies, Accessories and Software and to responsive and responsible bidders who
are able to meet the terms and conditions of the bid and who offer the best discount from the manufacturers nationally
published price list offered. Resultant contracts may be used by state agencies, school districts, libraries, political
subdivisions, and others authorized by law to utilize state contracts.
