This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commerical Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a best value procurement. The Government reserves the right to make a single award to an offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government based on the evaluation factors criteria contains in Attachement D and determined to be responsible.
