The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) is seeking a proposal with an estimate of costs for a user-friendly and easy to navigate solid waste data measurement system. Currently no money has been appropriated for the development or maintenance of the system. Proposals with an estimate of costs are due no later than May 22, 2009.
