The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX or Authority) pursuant to Chapter 287.055,
Florida Statutes and MDX Procurement Policy is seeking Professional Services from a pool of a
maximum of three (3) CBE-Certified Design Consultants that are also pre-qualified under Rule
14-75, F.A.C. for Group 3.1, Minor Highway Design with the necessary qualifications to provide
Design Engineering Services for various miscellaneous MDX projects associated with the MDX
Capital Improvement Program, Transportation Improvement Program, and the Restoration and
Resurfacing Programs as more completely explained in the Design Scope of Services (Exhibit A).
