MiPACS Maintenance & Support Services
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 11 Contracting Office in Indianapolis, IN intends to solicit quotes for maintenance and technical support services for Medicor Imaging MiPACS Dental Imaging Enterprise Solution. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the Request for Quotes (RFQ). The RFQ number will be VA251-14-Q-0377.
The RFQ will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541519- Other Computer Related Services and the small business size standard is $25.5 million. This procurement will be full & open competition in accordance with FAR Parts 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
Telephone requests for the RFQ will not be honored. When issued, the RFQ will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. At this time the anticipated release date of the RFQ is July 3, 2014 with an estimated close date of July 11, 2014. Interested offerors are advised to consult the RFQ for final dates and times.
Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (541519) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotes.
