Metrics Program Development Services
At least one team member must be currently employed by a university in their field of expertise. Services needed to collect and validate existing visitation data of eco-tourism (paddling) to the District (as defined by the TICR) and to develop a scope and description for future metrics program development. Small, women and minority owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
