Methadone Columbus
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10, has a requirement for a vendor to provide initial evaluations and follow up assessments for methadone treatment services to veteran patients at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center located at 420 N. James Road, Columbus, OH 43219.
The work is to include, but not be limited to, providing initial evaluations and assessments, administration of approved opioid substitution medication, staffing, facilities, random, unannounced drug screenings, and all associated overhead.
Solicitation number VA250-17-Q-04071 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to issue an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice and a written solicitation will be issued on or about August 23, 2017. This is a IDIQ acquisition for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12, 13, and 16. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89-1. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 621420, and the small business size standard is $15 Million. This requirement is unrestricted.
