Metal Security Doors
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; information is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this procurement is RFQF3NT174167A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-75, Defense Acquisition Circular DPN 20140624, and Air Force Acquisition Circular AFAC 2014-0412. This solicitation is not a set aside or restricted. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 332321. This is the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract and will be procured using FAR 13.5 commercial item procedures The following items are required:

2 Double Metal Security Doors
Door 1: 74 ¼ inches wide and 79 1/8 inches tall
Door 2: 73 7/8 inches wide and 84 1/8
Both doors: STC 50 hollow double metal doors with sound seal. 14GA hollow metal frame acoustic seal system and door bottom. The inactive door will have an automatic door closer. Door hinges will need to be on the inside.
Security requirements: LKM7003X10 for both primary doors and electric raceway connecting LKM7003X10 locks with magnetic perimeter. BMS installs for both double doors.

FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, and ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors - Commercial Items Late offers: Request for Quotations or modification of quotes received at this address specified for the receipt of quotes after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes will not be considered.
52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this combination synopsis/solicitation to the responsive responsible quote that will be most advantageous to the government. Only quotes priced in US dollars or Euro will be considered. The currency exchange rate that will be used for Euro to US dollar conversion is 0.7241. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: price, technical specifications IAW attached parts list, and delivery.
