Merchant Card Services
The State is seeking proposals to establish a contract for merchant card services which will enable State Agencies, State Universities and Texas Cooperative Purchasing Members to accept payments using credit and debit cards. The projected dollars processed during the life of the contract and all renewal periods is estimated to be $4 billion.
