Mentoring Software Application
The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) Department of Human Resource Management (HRM) is pursuing the acquisition of a mentoring application as Software as a Service (SaaS) from a commercial provider of Cloud Computing services and software. The goal is to establish a web-based, SaaS services with support that provides a highly innovative, creative, cost-effective, and evolving mentor program.
