Mentoring Services
The County is seeking qualified vendors to deliver Mentoring Services to eligible youth under the WIA Youth Program. Through this RFP, the County seeks to establish a network of mentors, employed as independent subcontractors, to provide youth development and workforce preparation services to young individuals who meet federal income eligibility criteria, specifically through the provision of one-on-one Mentoring Services.
