This solicitation/combo W9127P-14-Q-0013 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business set aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code 541990 and the small business size standard is $6.5M.
The intent of the Virgin Islands National Guard is to award a firm fixed price contract. Bidders must submit sealed bids to be opened at the time and place stated in the solicitation for the public opening of bids. Bids shall be evaluated without discussions. After bids are publicly opened, an award will be made with reasonable promptness to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation.
