Mental Health Services for Homeless Youth (Portland)
The State of Maine, Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for continuation of mental health services to homeless youth in Portland, Maine. These services will address the broad range of mental health challenges facing homeless and street-connected youth. Mental health services will address the unique needs of this high-risk population, and will be delivered in collaboration with other public and private agencies serving homeless youth.
Eligible to Bid: The Request for Proposals (RFP) process is open to all public agencies and private non-profit corporations [including 501(c) (3)] and institutions that are licensed by the Department of Health and Human Services to provide children's mental health services. Eligible applicants must have an existing office or service delivery location in Portland, and a history of delivering mental health services to high-risk children and youth.

QUESTIONS must be in writing, due no later than 5:00 pm local time, November 7, 2007.
LETTER OF INTENT: due no later than 5:00 pm local time, December 7, 2007.
