RFP-20-2009 The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), Community Behavioral Health Services (CBHS), is soliciting proposals from interested proposers to develop and implement projects included within the City and County of San Franciscos Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Workforce Development, Education and Training (WDET) and Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plans. Projects will begin October 1, 2009.
