The Horizon Foundation seeks proposals to create and execute a 12-month social marketing campaign that encourages individuals needing mental health services in Howard County, Maryland to seek treatment.
The Foundation's overall goal is to develop an awareness campaign aimed at encouraging residents to seek treatment if help is needed.
