Mental Health Assisted Living
The county is seeking to contract with one community agency to provide a package of Assisted Living/Customized Living services for eligible County clients receiving Home and Community Based Services though the Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI) waiver and/or the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver under Medical Assistance. All clients have a serious mental illness. This project has both a housing and service component.
