EPDM membrane roof replacement at the School. Contractor to remove the existing fully adhered EPDM membrane and its mechanically attached ½” fiberboard underlayment. Re-secure the existing 4” polyiso. insulation. Fully adhere or Mechanically fasten new 1” polyiso. insulation and fully adhere new EPDM membrane to the 1” polyiso. insulation.
