Member/Donor Tracking Software
The award of this RFP will be for one year and may be renewed up to four
successive one year periods.
5.2 Scope of Work. Several broadcasting stations are licensed by the Federal
Communication Commissions (FCC) as non-commercial, educational broadcasting stations. The
stations are licensed to the University. They are
operated by Public Media, a division of the University. The stations are dependant
upon membership revenue to sustain the programs and operations of the organization. We require
specialized database software that will enable us to track pledges, direct mail, telemarketing, major
donors, bequests, and other donations for our broadcast operations, as well as house our
member/donor database.
