The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has an urgent requirement to procure the pharmaceutical listed below for delivery to multiple CMOP locations through the National CMOP. The request is for Consolidated Purchase of Bulk Meloxicam in 2 Strengths to fill demand during Manufacturer Delay in Production:

All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ to [email protected]. Solicitation package VA255-14-Q-1089 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around May 16, 2014 and will close no later than 8AM, EST, on May 21, 2014. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
