Amendment 0001 of solicitation SPE4A7-19-R-0551 with new quantity of 80 units and publish date of 4/18/2019 until 4/23/2019 COB.SPE4A7-19- R-0551 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 43 each of NSN 1560-00-981-6138: T-38 AIRCRAFT, TANK, FUEL, AIRCRAFT.
Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin.
A First Article Test, (FAT), will be required. Government Testing will be conducted on
one item.
This is a SOURCE-RESTRICTED item and a Small Business Set Aside procurement.
Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for this material are listed below and it is expected that award will be made to one of those firms. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.
