Meeting Facilitation Services
The facilitator will meet with Planning Department staff before and after each Citizen Advisory Team meeting and other times as necessary. The City estimates that the Citizen Advisory Team will meet approximately 15 times for up to 2 hours each time for approximately 18 to 24 months through the duration of the planning process.
