Medora Retreats
This is A Firm Fixed Price type contract for an event planning services to set-up sleeping room accommodations, conference space, food, beverages, and hotel services at the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation, Medora, North Dakota. Lodging rates shall not exceed the prevailing federal government rate for selected area.
The period of performance for this requirement will be from 16 August, 2019 - 18 August, 2019 and 30 August, 2019 - 1 September, 2019.
