Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement
The List of NSNs is attached. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. All NSNs are now under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program, and as a result F.O.B. Origin (Government managed freight) and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is requested with no zone pricing. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about its issue date 07/11/2017.
This proposed procurement will be issued as unrestricted, using other than full and open competition and will be Fixed Price with Annual Price Adjustments, Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) issued under FAR Part 12, with a 3-year BASE period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government, for a total contract period of five years, if both options are exercised.
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
