Medical provider to perform physicals for the City
The City seeks proposals for a qualified medical provider to perform physicals for the City of Medford, Jackson County Fire District 3, Jackson County Fire District 5 and Ashland Fire Rescue firefighters and management physicals as may be requested by the agency as described in the scope of work set forth herein.
