Medical and Athletic Healthcare Products for Intercollegiate Athletics, Sports Medicine at the University
The intent of this solicitation is to obtain a supplier(s) who will provide a reasonable discount
percentage for their catalog items on a wide range of medical and athletic healthcare products, primarily for the Intercollegiate Athletics Program, Sports Medicine at the University.
It is the intent of the University to enter into a contract with the most qualified, responsive and responsible proposer(s) who meet the requirements and qualifications within this document. The University may choose to enter into multiple contracts. The contract(s) will be awarded to the
supplier(s) with reasonable discount(s) that meet the requirements of this proposal and serves the
best interest of the University based on the evaluation criteria in this Request for Proposal.
During the course of the Agreement(s) resulting from this solicitation, the University, at its sole
discretion, may add additional firms, provided that they meet the stated requirements of this
Request for Proposal.
The University desires to place orders with the successful firm(s) under this solicitation via any
electronic methods of ordering offered by the successful firm(s), and to make payment for
these orders with a Visa Card.
