The Albany VA Medical Center located at 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for one SSM-150 Red Bag Solutions Regulated Medical Waste Processing Unit. The service maintenance plan shall include 24hr/7 day a week online monitoring of the SSM-150 unit, 24hr/7day a week telephone support, on-site support with a response time of 4hrs from receipt of initial call (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm). On-site support shall include travel, labor and parts.
