Medical Waste Autoclave Training (VA-18-942545)
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to BONDTECH CORPORATION, 1278 HWY 461, SOMERSET, KY, 42503-5548.
Contract performance will take place during 2 days in January 2018.
This requirement is to provide training and calibration of a Bondtech BTT Commercial Medical Waste Autoclave manufactured and installed by Bondtech.
Contractor must be capable of providing on-site training at the Buffalo VAMC, 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, NY 14215 for 2 days. All supplies necessary to perform training and calibration must be provided by the contractor. The government will not separately reimburse for expenses related to travel or lodging. A Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order will be issued.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by December 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to joseph.cellino@va.gov.
