The Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council is an association of local governments in the Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco and Pinellas Counties). The Council is issuing this RFP for a consultant to conduct the Medical Tourism Feasibility and Opportunities Study to examine the region's strengths and weaknesses, make recommendations about moving forward, and prepare a strategic plan with actionable recommendations in making the region an important Medical Tourism destination.
