THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS INDIAN FIRMS.
The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-19-006-JH for Medical Supplies for the Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar, Montana. The procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The IHS intends to award a fixed-price purchase order as a result of this solicitation.
It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov in order to transact business with the Government. DELIVERIES:
Deliveries must be made within 7 business days from the date the ordered is placed.
CLOSING DATE:
The closing date is changed from 5/22/19 to 5/24/19.
