Medical Services Provider
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified medical services providers to provide medical evaluation and treatment of District employees for pre-employment examinations, first aid for minor injuries, return-to-work evaluations following extended leaves of absence, fitness-for-duty examinations, and other medical examinations as requested by the District.
