Medical Services Plan (CMSP) Clinic
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the Medical Center to enter into an agreement with a Vendor for a
County Medical Services Plan (CMSP) Clinic. The County Medical Services Plan
provides coverage for county residents who meet the eligibility requirements for the indigent
care program. This program is intended to meet the medical needs of those individuals who
do not have the resources to obtain medical coverage on their own.
This request is for a primary care practice to provide primary care services during normal
business hours. The primary provider will refer these patients to the Center for all specialty, lab,
radiology, and inpatient services. Reimbursement shall be made on a per month/per
member basis. The clinic will be required to meet the quality care measures imposed by the
plan.
