The New York City Law Department (the "Law Department" or the "Department" or the "Agency") is seeking a firm ("Vendor" or "Conti-actor") with expertise in medical record retrieval,toprepayandrefrievemedicalrecordsfortheCityonvariouslegalmatters.
B. Antici ated Contract Term
It is anticipated that the tenn of the contract awarded from this RFP will be from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2024.
C. Antici atedPa mentStructure:RatesforMedicalRecordRetrieval
ItisanticipatedthatthepaymentstructureofthecontractawardedfromthisRFPwillbebased ona combinationofa flatfeerateperrecordretrieved, thatincludesallcostsforuploadingand ti'ansmissionofelectronicdelivery,andfirstclassmaildelivery,andotherrelatedservicestiedto a not-to-exceedlump siunamount.
