Medical Record Technology Gap (MRTG)

Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from firms interested in participating on a project that will inventory the information technology infrastructure capacity at selected sites operated by multiple state departments. The inventory will detail the status of the selected institutions' infrastructure and identify specific improvement upgrades necessary to support current and future use of electronic medical records (EMR). Contractor deliverables, including cost estimates, will support the development of budget decision packages that will be necessary to fund the proposed recommendations.
