Medical Monitoring
The Agency is soliciting for one or more vendors with at least two or more physicians to provide occupational related medical examinations within a 25 mile radius of Springfield, Illinois.
The selected contractor shall conduct the examinations, evaluate fitness for duty, maintain the required records in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020, and provide the required written opinions and reports to the employees and the Agency.
