Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Project#538- 08-123, entitled Medical Gas Upgrade at VAMC, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings entitled Medical Gas Upgrade Drawings and Specifications. Work to be completed within 323 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications and drawings will be available on-line o/a Wednesday, March 17, 2010. All specifications and drawings will be available on line through this website. No hard copies will be issued. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Building 1, Room 121, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH. Bid Opening Monday, April 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
