Medical Gas Piping Annual Test
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs John D. Dingell Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide a inspection and testing services of medical gas system (oxygen, medical air, vacuum, nitrogen, and nitrous oxide in accordance with Joint Commission, National Fire Protection Association, and Compressed Gas Association standards and guidelines applicable to an inpatient healthcare facility. The service will include the review, inspection and testing of Master Alarm Panels, Area Alarm Panels, Zone Valves, Gas Outlets, Manifolds, Medical Air Compressors, Medical Vacuum Pumps, and Bulk Oxygen Tank and Reserve Tank/Manifolds. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541350. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent (100%) set aside for small business. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted.
