PROJECT # 1:
Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install additional oxygen and medical vacuum outlets to four patient rooms at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304.
Project # 2:
Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform site survey, locate underground cast iron line, size underground soft seat shutoff gate valve t fit pipe diameter of existing line, schedule domestic/fire water shutdown for depressurization, cut water line and install new mega lug valve and coupling, and perform other required services, in order to make available the domestic and fire water underground valve in the event that shut down is ever required, at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304.
IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for both projects combined is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation.
These projects are being solicited as Total 100% SDVOSB set-aside.
Bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
