The Veterans Health Administration Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking interested sources to provide medical equipment replacement parts for the WSNC medical facilities listed in Attachment A. The contractors should be able to provide the WSNC Biomedical Engineering departments with as many as possible, but not all medical replacement parts found in most medical hospitals. The following types of equipment and parts are listed as a general guide on the spectrum of equipment in service. Facilities will identify the specific make, model and part number of the Medical Replacement Part required on their delivery order request.

Potential contractors shall provide, at a minimum, the following information to Erik K. Berg at Erik.Berg@va.gov no later than 1 May, 2018.
1) Offeror s name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address.
2) Business type, size, and company's DUNS number.
3) Small and Veteran owned businesses are encouraged to respond.
The capabilities statement for this sources sought is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach.B Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
