Medical Eligibility Determination Services
The State is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain competitive responses from qualified organizations to provide and implement the Medical Eligibility Determination system, a state-of-the-art automated medical assistance eligibility system. The vendor must propose a state transfer system from another state government or a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) system that can be modified or enhanced to support eligibility determination for all medical assistance programs under authority.
