Medical Education Management System
This Request for Proposal is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, financially sound and responsible offerors to provide a web-based medical education management system for Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) at the University. The system must be a fully customizable package that will allow the sponsoring institution to efficiently and accurately process and manage the various aspects of GME and UGME medical education and accreditation monitoring.
It is the intent of the University to award a contract to an offeror who will supply a web-based medical education management system that will allow for on-boarding, rotation scheduling, duty hours monitoring, curriculum mapping, evaluation processing, and Medicare IRIS report generation. Detailed reports for accreditation oversight must be available and easily created from the system. The offeror selected will provide an implementation time-table, training, software maintenance, cost schedule and technical support.
