Medical Cost Containment Services
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit services from respondents that are qualified to provide medical cost containment services (hereinafter referred to as “CC” services), designed to control and reduce the overall medical costs of the State of Texas’ Crime Victims’ Compensation Program (hereinafter referred to as “the CVC program”) following established protocols and procedures as required by the CVC program policies, administrative rules, and any other applicable statutes.
