Medical Cost Containment Services
The State is seeking information on innovative products and services from vendors who provide medical cost containment services designed to control and reduce the overall medical costs of the State of Texas’ Crime Victims’ Compensation Program, following established protocols and procedures as required by the CVC policies, administrative rules and any other applicable statutes. In addition, the OAG is seeking information on Pharmacy Benefit Programs that require no out of pocket expenses for a select group of victims. All ideas and information that Respondents share with the OAG are welcome.
