The Texas National Guard has a requirement for a non-personal services contract for medical clinic support. This will consist of providing support for completion of the periodic health assessment (PHA), pre/post deployment health assessment (PDHA), post deployment health reassessment (PDHRA), Physical Examinations for Aviation,
Special Military Schools and miscellaneous examinations to improve Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) of the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG). It will require Texas licensed and non-licensed personnel based on position requirements.

This requirement covers the various components of MEDICAL/DENTAL READINESS to include; periodic health assessments, hearing examinations, labs, vaccines, vision exams & corrective eyewear, MEDPROS data entry, annual dental exams, digital bitewing radiographs, digital panoramic radiographs, DENCLASS data entry of all
radiographs and dental records, identification and treatment (to 90+%) of all Class 3 soldiers. Services are to be completed on site at TXARNG Armories across the State of Texas to include, Austin, Grand Prairie, and Ellington Field (Houston).

The work to be performed under this requirement will be performed at Camp Mabry Troop Medical Clinic, 2200 W 35th Street, Austin, Texas 78703, Ellington Field Medical Command Medical Clinic, 1182 Ellington Field, Houston, TX 77034, and Grand Prairie Medical Command Medical Clinic, 1013 Lakecrest Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 750813.
