COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: Medical Chartered Flight-Organ Transport Services
1. Description:
a) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Far Part 13 as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
b) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ
Number 36C256189Q0549
c) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 (effective 01/24/18).
d) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code
is 481211. The small business size standard is 1500 employees.
2. Anticipated Performance Period: June 13, 2018 to June 12, 2019, plus four (4) 12-Month Option
Periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the government.
3. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be submitted by 11:00am CST May 21, 2018.
