Medical Benefits Plan Administration

The purpose of this RFP is to select a third party Contractor who will administer the self-funded medical plan. The administration of the medical plan will include claim administration services, a PPO network, reporting and analysis, utilization management and patient safety programs, nurse line services, and member services.
